PowerColor RX Vega 64 Red Devil Pictured – Triple Fan Design, 3 BIOS Settings
More and more custom versions of AMD’s high-end Vega graphics cards surface as the company’s add-in-board partners prepare for launch in time for the holidays. Recently, we saw custom Vega cards from XFX and Sapphire, and now we get a glimpse at PowerColor’s RX Vega 64 Red Devil featuring high-end air coolers.
First Look at PowerColor RX Vega 64 Red Devil
As is the case with other custom cards, PowerColor’s RX Vega 64 is large with a massive 2.5 slot heatsink and three fans, which appear to be at least 85mm large each. The card retains the signature red and black aesthetic of the Red Devil series. It also features an LED-lit Devil logo on the side to remind you of its exclusivity.

Under the hood, the RX Vega 64 Red Devil features a tiny PCB with the same number of power phases as the reference design. It has two DIP switches. One is to control the LED lighting for Red Devil logo, while the other is a triple-BIOS switch, which will likely enable users to switch between three different clock speed options.
In terms of I/O, the card is slightly unique offering two DisplayPorts and two HDMI ports, rather than the standard three and one I/O on the reference Vega design.
The PowerColor RX Vega 64 Red Devil is set to hit the shelves early next month.
Sapphire Nitro RX Vega 64
The Sapphire Nitro RX Vega 64 features two and a half slot, triple fan, and three 8-pin connectors. The card retains the classic black, white and silver theme of the Nitro series with a sleek looking detailed backplate.
The card also has some sort of LED lighting around it, on the top, back and sides. It features the same I/O layout as the PowerColor’s RX Vega design, i.e., two DisplayPorts and two HDMI ports.
