Full GTX 1070 Ti Specs Leaked – RIP RX Vega 56?
The full spec list of Nvidia’s upcoming GeForce GTX 1070 Ti has leaked out. The specs look pretty impressive, and if they come true, the new Pascal card should offer performance close to the GTX 1080.
Rumors regarding the GTX 1070 Ti have been making rounds for the past few weeks. The card is expected to launch later this month, taking on AMD’s Radeon RX Vega 56. Recently, TechARP obtained the GTX 1070 Ti specs which are detailed below, compared against the RX Vega.
Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti Specs – 2432 CUDA Cores, 1607 Core Clock, 180W TDP & More
The GTX 1070 Ti will be based on the same GP104 silicon as the GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 graphics cards. The particular chip, however, brings more resemblance to the GP104-400 GPU found in the faster GTX 1080, featuring 2432 CUDA cores, along with 152 TMUs and 64 ROPs.

The GTX 1070 Ti runs at 1607 MHz base clock, which is identical to that of the GTX 1080. Unfortunately, the boost clock (1683 MHz) is not that high but it’s the same as the GTX 1070. This means the 1070 Ti will be faster than both the RX Vega 64 and RX Vega 56 graphics cards.
In terms of memory, the GTX 1070 Ti will pack the standard 8 Gbps GDDR5 8 GB RAM compared to the 11 Gbps of GDDR5X on GTX 1080. The TDP will be rated at 180W, which is the same as the GTX 1080.

Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti Price and Availability
A previous GTX 1070 Ti teaser from Gigabyte hinted at a launch sometime around Halloween (31st October). The company posted a teaser image (now removed) on its Facebook page that ties in with the recent blockbuster horror film, “IT,” adapted from the 1986 Stephen King novel.
Nordic Hardware speculated a more exact date for us, saying the latest addition to the Nvidia Pascal family will launch on October 26 with availability scheduled for November 2.
The GTX 1070 Ti is expected to carry a suggested retail price of USD $429, which is $30 more than the RX Vega 56. The actual retail prices will be even higher if miners take an interest in the card.
