It requires a combination of the most exclusive and high-priced items in the game, leaving a sizable hole in your Silvers purse, with a cost exceeding 40,000.

This heavenly dessert is a scoop of Gelato Ice Cream dipped in hot coffee, and the crafting process requires 1x Gelato, 1x Hot Chocolate Coffee, and 1,700 Silver. But don’t worry, we will provide you with a brief guide on where to get these items. It’s time to get your crafting skills to the test and make the most expensive treat in the game!

Obtaining Gelato from the Tavern

First, you need to acquire the Gelato. This delightful scoop of ice cream can be found at the Tavern in Wavestrand Port, located in East Luterra. The cost of this item is a whopping 30,000 Silver. The Tavern’s location can be found on the map below, so take note!

Tracking Down Burt and Purchasing Hot Chocolate Coffee

The second key ingredient is the Hot Chocolate Coffee that you will need to purchase from the Wandering Merchant, Burt. He can be found at four different locations, including

• Leyar Terrace
• Borea’s Domain
• Blackrose Chapel
• Croconys Seashore

Burt only appears at certain times of the day, so check the server timings (not your local ones) and keep a keen eye out for him.

Make your way to the southwest corner of the map, where you will see a bunch of NPCs selling food items. The restaurant entrance is indicated by a light. Proceed to the counter, where you will find Chef Hyde, and click on Melting Gelato under the Adventurer’s Tome Specialities tab. Crafting the Melting Gelato requires 1,700 Silver, which will be deducted from your inventory.
