I. Android Phone
Step 1: Depending upon the model of your phone, press and hold the Home button, or press the Recent Apps button. A list of recently used applications will be displayed.

2) Delete the Cache Data

i) Usually for Windows, Android, and iOS devices, the cache can be deleted from the Storage or Privacy section under Settings.

3) Check the Internet Connection
