Fix: Apex Coins not showing up after purchase

Are Apex coins not showing up in your wallet after purchase? Find simple methods that can help you solve this problem.

Apex Legends is one of the most popular battle royale games out there. It’s got a huge user base around the world, but despite that, the game still has some bugs that are annoying a lot of gamers.

One such bugs is the coins bug. Players have been complaining that they don’t receive Apex Coins even after they have purchased the in-game currency and have been charged for it. Here’s what some users are saying in an EA support thread:

Hey so I bought $10 worth of apex coins and my bank was charged for it, yet I didn’t receive anything on my account. If anyone can help me resolve this, that would be great. Also, I am playing on Xbox.

It seems that the problem is pretty common as more users are reporting it every single day. If you’ve also purchased Apex Coins but haven’t received them yet, here’s a few things you could try to get them back.

Apex coins not showing up? How to get ’em back

1. Wait some time – check your service status

At times, in-game currencies may take a while to be fully processed. If you’ve purchased them on Xbox or PlayStation, we’d recommend you to check your service status to make sure that you’re not experiencing any service issues at the time which can cause delays.

In other words, it’s always better to wait a bit longer before you decide to take any further action.

2. Restart Apex Legends

Next, you can try restarting your game to fix this issue. For this, press the Xbox button and open the guide. Highlight Apex Legends on the left side, then press the Menu button on your controller and select Quit.

We’ve used Xbox console as an example, but the same solution applies to other platforms, including Windows 10. Once done, open Apex Legends again and see if you’ve received your coins in the wallet.

3. Restart your Console/PC

If the problem still persists, you should restart your console or PC. Normally, restarting your system can push the transaction through to you, but if that’s not the case, we’ll advise you to contact the Apex Legends Live-Support team to see what they can do for you.
