FIFA 18 PC Specifications Revealed – DX12 Supported

EA Sports has published the FIFA 18 PC specifications. According to the hardware specs, you don’t need any expensive components to run the game but should feature at least 50GB of storage.

Similar to FIFA 17, the latest installment of the game is powered by the Frostbite 3 Engine. What’s interesting, though, is that FIFA 18 will also support Microsoft’s latest DirectX 12 API. Which means we’ll have two sets of requirements available depending on whether or not you want to use DX12.

The system requirements for FIFA 18 are more or less the same as FIFA 17. If you are planning to play FIFA 18 on DX11, then you should be able to run the game on your older GPUs (with at least 1GB of video memory on board) paired with a dual-core processor. The 8GB of RAM requirement is, however, double the FIFA 17’s minimum RAM.

EA has already released a small demo of FIFA 18 for fans. It features 12 teams, and you can have the match at one of the four stadiums across the Kick Off mode.
